ocr: the The planet Irigamman UNGE is sun. the Unge's farthest climate from is Banag, cold VARGA BANAG and forbidding, so its dominant species, the Phormix, live mostly in underground cities UNGE MARIPOSA that are models of etticiency, but dull and drab to human eyes. Unge is rich in minerals and the Phormix are excellent miners, but they have depleted many of the planet's resources in costiy wars with the Mantids. Asteroid mining has enabled them to survive and flourish.
